Delete your account in the app
- Open Shubho Parinay and sign in.
- Go to Profile (bottom bar).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Read the summary, tap Continue, and enter your account password.
Your account is deleted immediately. You are signed out and cannot sign in to it again.
If you cannot use the app
Email support.shubhoparinay@vnvtechsolutions.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", and include the phone number or Matrimony ID of the account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming the request and reply when it is done.

What is deleted immediately
- Your profile, photos (all sizes) and partner preferences
- Verification documents and selfie
- Interests, photo requests, shortlists, profile views and blocks, sent and received
- Notifications, subscription details and unlocked contacts
- Every chat message you sent. Chats are closed, and the other person sees "Deleted account"
- Your login account
What is kept, and for how long

After that period this data is deleted too. Messages that other members sent to you stay in their chats, because they belong to them.
Payment records will be kept as long as tax law requires, once paid plans are introduced. The app has no paid plans today.

অ্যাপ থেকে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন
- শুভ পরিণয় অ্যাপ খুলে লগইন করুন।
- নিচের বার থেকে প্রোফাইল-এ যান।
- একদম নিচে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন-এ ট্যাপ করুন।
- সারাংশ পড়ে এগিয়ে যান চাপুন, তারপর আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড দিন।
অ্যাকাউন্ট সঙ্গে সঙ্গে মুছে যাবে। আপনি লগআউট হয়ে যাবেন, ওই অ্যাকাউন্টে আর লগইন করা যাবে না।
অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করতে না পারলে
অ্যাকাউন্টে রেজিস্টার্ড ইমেল থেকে support.shubhoparinay@vnvtechsolutions.com -এ লিখুন। বিষয় দিন "Delete my account", আর অ্যাকাউন্টের ফোন নম্বর বা ম্যাট্রিমনি আইডি জানান। অ্যাকাউন্টটি আপনার কিনা আমরা যাচাই করতে পারি। যাচাইয়ের পর ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে আপনাকে জানাব।

- যাচাইয়ের ডকুমেন্ট ও সেলফি
- পাঠানো ও পাওয়া ইন্টারেস্ট, ছবির রিকোয়েস্ট, শর্টলিস্ট, প্রোফাইল দেখা ও ব্লক
- নোটিফিকেশন, সাবস্ক্রিপশন ও আনলক করা কন্টাক্ট
- আপনার পাঠানো সব মেসেজ। চ্যাট বন্ধ হয়ে যায়, অন্যজন দেখেন "মুছে ফেলা অ্যাকাউন্ট"
- আপনার লগইন অ্যাকাউন্ট

এই সময়ের পর এগুলোও মুছে যায়। অন্য সদস্যরা আপনাকে যে মেসেজ পাঠিয়েছেন, সেগুলো তাঁদের চ্যাটে থেকে যায়, কারণ সেগুলো তাঁদের।
পেইড প্ল্যান চালু হলে, পেমেন্টের রেকর্ড কর আইন যতদিন চায় ততদিন রাখা হবে। এখন অ্যাপে কোনো পেইড প্ল্যান নেই।
